Cancellation Policy

At Mahaba Wellness Services, we understand that scheduling conflicts and emergencies can arise. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting our appointment policies to ensure we can provide the best care to all clients.

Notice for Cancellations and Changes:
Appointments changed with less than 2 BUSINESS DAYS (48 hours) notice are considered short notice cancellations. Failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice is viewed as a no-show. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may be canceled to avoid inconvenience to other clients and to allow us to use our schedule efficiently.

Important:
If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss whether we can accommodate you on the same day. Short notice cancellations or no-shows will impact your future bookings.

Confirmation:
All appointments must be confirmed prior to the scheduled day. We make every effort to reach you via email and text. Please inform us if you encounter any technical difficulties in confirming your appointment.

Our Policy on No-Shows and Cancellations:

First occurrence: No charge, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Second occurrence: A $50 fee will be required before scheduling your next appointment.
Third occurrence: Continued no-shows or short notice cancellations may result in being asked to seek services elsewhere.

Why This Matters:
We dedicate time and resources to each client, including personalized consultations. When an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, those resources go unused, and another client misses an opportunity for quality care. Your consideration helps us serve all clients effectively.

Unexpected Circumstances:
We recognize that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please call us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
